The morning session will include a presentation on health care reform by Charles E. Symington, senior vice president of Government Affairs, and a panel discussion that includes speakers such as Beth Sammis, acting commissioner of Maryland Insurance Administration.
The afternoon session offers a choice between a presentation on alternative risk transfer by Jeff Packard, assistant vice president of the specialty markets division of PMA Cos., or a session on workers’ compensations by speakers such as Rick Scheiner, principal and chairman of Semmes.
